Cost Info

•  Individual lots will be provided for $50/lot plus $45 for D & D's preparation fee. (Up to 5 contiguous lots for the same $45 fee.)
•  Entire platted subdivisions, for the purpose of mainline extension engineering/planning etc., will be provided to qualified consultants for $2/acre plus D & D's hourly rate to prepare.
•  Unplatted lands within the District will be charged $5/acre plus D & D's hourly rate to prepare. A minimum of 35 acres will apply to any request.
•  Check back for availability as other subdivisions will become available in the future.
